FASCINATING AUTHORS: What excites you most about your book’s topic? Why did you choose it?
Author: The fact that it is current, relevant, original and controversial. I believe that the theory of Dominance & Delusion explains so many of our behavior patterns and influence many aspects of our lives.

Author: It took 16 years of research and writing to complete the book.
FASCINATING AUTHORS: What aspect of writing the book did you find particularly challenging?
Author: Keeping up with the scientific discoveries that impact the content of the book.
FASCINATING AUTHORS: What surprised you the most about the book writing process?
Author: That I didn’t have to start at one end. The book was written in segments and then assembled.
FASCINATING AUTHORS: Did you have any favorite experiences when writing your book?
Author: I like to read. Research was a particular pleasure.
FASCINATING AUTHORS: What do you hope your readers will gain from reading your book?
Author: The theory of Dominance & Delusion has significant application to politics, governments, economics and to religion. We need to know why we do the things we do.
FASCINATING AUTHORS: What projects are you currently working on?
Author: One of the most fascinating aspects of human evolution occurred 40,000 year ago. What happened and its impact on our lives today is the subject of my next book.
FASCINATING AUTHORS: Is writing your sole career? If not, what else do you do?
Author: I garden and I volunteer at the local Red Cross chapter. I am, by vocation, an engineer (retired).
FASCINATING AUTHORS: Did you do any research for your books, or did you write from experience?
Author: My books are 90% research. Dominance & Delusion has a bibliography exceeding 350 books and manuscripts.
FASCINATING AUTHORS: How did you come up with your title?
Author: The title selected itself. My research suggested that many of us are dominance driven while the majority of us are subject to delusion.
FASCINATING AUTHORS: What books have influenced you the most?
Author: Darwin’s The Origin of Species is a favorite. Anything by Richard Dawkins is worth reading.
FASCINATING AUTHORS: Who was your publisher and why did you choose them?
Author: I am published through Xlibris. I chose them because they gave me a good deal.
