Jennifer Swanson – Penny and Rio: The Mysterious Backyard Meeting
A graduate of the U. S. Naval Academy, Jennifer Swanson’s lifelong interest in books led her to become a children’s author. Children across the country have enjoyed meeting her dog characters.
Her book, Penny and Rio: The Mysterious Backyard Meeting is a 2009 Mom’s Choice Silver Award winner for juvenile fiction and also was a second place winner in the 2008 Florida Writer’s Association Royal Palm Literary Awards for published children’s fiction.
