Stuart Nachbar
Stuart Nachbar’s literary platform is in education and politics. His first novel, The Sex Ed Chronicles, a story on the politics of sex education in 1980’s New Jersey, was published August 2007 and earned a coveted Publisher’s Choice selection from iUniverse. His next equally-lauded novel, Defending College Heights, a story about an investigation into the murder of a U.S. Army recruiter, will be published this spring. For ten years Stuart was senior vice president of College Central Network, a New York-based company that provides Web-based tools to approximately 500 college and university career services across the country. Prior to serving in that position he worked in urban planning, public affairs and consulting with government agencies and non-profit organizations. He has a BA in political science and a MBA from Rutgers University-New Brunswick and a Master of Urban Planning from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
In addition to writing,reading, and travel, Stuart is an avid automobile enthusiast and historian and enjoys watching baseball, football and college basketball. He and his wife Carol live in central New Jersey.
